The marvellous location was close to Off Leash Dog Park. The property was set in a quiet area.

The units were neat and included a pullout couch, a fridge, and a microwave. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming. - the location was great, with just a 5-minute walk to an aviation museum.

The convenient location, the full service convenience, the room cleaning staff were very friendly and professional, the taxi service outside the front door was very useful for me and saved significant time. My breakfast in the restaurant was very good food and the staff are outstanding in their service and friendliness. Also, the pillows and bedding was very clean and that's important to me.

Very small thing. The elevators could use a facelift. When you stand in something you notice details and they are shabby compared to the rest of the facility. Clean the floor, new wallpaper or put some enteratinment posters up. Just a thought.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was good. Appreciated our standard queen room with a fridge, microwave, pullout couch. We had a really comfortable stay at this low cost hotel.

It has an extremely attractive foyer...very nicely put together...and there was plenty of parking.

It was impossible for us to find some of the facilities, such as the gift shop...spa. the signs never clearly marked where they were located...so needless to say we never had the opportunity to access them. Also wedding functions located right under rooms...so makes for noisy nights.

the room was not only neat, but huge too, and had central heating, pay tv and a cable tv with on-demand movies. i truly enjoyed outstanding food. the staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating, gave advice about the city. the location was favourable, close to downtown, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

I askedto be emailed or notified if there would be any additional charges for bringing our dog. However, we were not notified & I felt the additional charge for having a pet was far too high!!! I wouldn't call it a pet friendly hotel when they charge you that much extra for having a pet with you. I would have gladly paid a deposit that was refunded in whole or partially after your room was checked for any damages or accidents your pet had. I truly feel that an extra $25 for a pet is far too high a price to pay & that its wrong to call this establishment PET FRIENDLY ...more like PET EXPENSIVE!!!!!!

The room was good sized and extremely pleasant with a fridge and microwave and pullout couch US$ 109. This location was good, very close to Via rail stations and downtown and hospital.

Staff did an excellent job of getting us a room pior to the normal check in time of 3pm
